Healing is a natural ability we can all develop, whether for professional practice or self-development and well-being. Reiki works on the principle that we can channel Chi or Universal Energy through our energetic pathways or meridians for our own well-being and that of others. This is a natural energy flow that occurs within. Reiki helps us to become more consciously aware of this process, so we can actively replenish and heal. Reiki brings awareness that we have much more at our disposal than we realise when it comes to our healing potential and ability. Empowering us to tap into our inner resource, so we can live more proactive and balanced lives, with a greater sense of personal well-being. Moreover, we can also help others to share in this resource, so those around us also benefit.
Usui Reiki: includes energetic attunements to open meridians and promote inner healing for your personal development; raising your energetic vibration and making you more conducive to channelling healing energies for the benefit of yourself and others. There are also 4 Usui healing symbols that are taught, helping to heal on the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels.
Traditional Usui Reiki is taught at all levels, whilst positively encouraging and developing intuitive practice. Helping you to find your own unique style of channelling Universal Energy and working to your full potential. Courses are highly structured, methodical and inclusive of a comprehensive training manual, with feedback and support provided throughout. Delivered in small groups or one-to-one, over a period of time to help assimilate knowledge and build practice. Training courses are also available for those who prefer to practice Reiki for self-healing or self-development, rather than in a professional capacity. I have been honoured to work with many wonderful students since 2007 and feel privileged to have been a part of their Reiki journey. Witnessing that magical moment when they each take off and fly forward in their healing abilities. Through applying the traditional Reiki tools, the soul memory is naturally awakened within. Usui Reiki Training Level 1: (Shoden / 1st Degree) £825
20 hours of direct teaching, over a 3-9 month period. Usually delivered one-to-one to suit, or in very small groups. First Degree is the empowerment necessary for you to begin your own healing program and to channel healing energy to others. This level teaches basic energetic techniques for balance and well-being. The focus is on the self and working through your own healing process, whilst learning to apply skills. Promoting mindfulness and empowerment. Helping you to reconnect with yourself, your sense of purpose and life direction, so you can take things further if you wish at Level 2 and begin to help others through their own healing process. You will be expected to practice between training sessions. At the end of your Level 1, you can practice Reiki informally, on yourself and others. At this level there is an energetic attunement which further opens the meridians, or channels for the Universal Energy to flow. One of the four sacred Usui healing symbols is taught along with its uses. Upon successful completion, a Level 1 certificate in Usui Reiki is issued, along with an authentic Lineage Chart. Usui Reiki Training Level 2: (Okuden / 2nd Degree, Practitioner) £895
24 hours of direct teaching over a period of approximately 6-12 months. You will also be expected to practice between training sessions and complete case studies. Second Degree brings greater self realisation, increased sensitivity and intuitive awareness. The Second Degree attunement reinforces the connection made at the First Degree and a further two of the four sacred Usui healing symbols are taught, including the art of distant healing. You will work at your own pace and build your practice, with feedback and support provided throughout. Upon successful completion, a Level 2, Practitioner certificate in Usui Reiki is issued, along with an authentic Lineage Chart. You can then practice Reiki in a professional setting if you wish or informally if you prefer. Usui Reiki Training Level 3a: (3rd Degree, Master Practitioner Level) £895
20 hours of direct teaching over a period of approximately 6-12 months. You will work at your own pace, practice between sessions and complete case studies. Whilst Third Degree is traditionally regarded as the Master Level, it is important to be clear that initiation into Third Degree Reiki does not turn anyone into an enlightened Spiritual Master, this is a process of unfoldment. At this level further attunement and energetic techniques are applied, with the Usui Master healing symbol and its uses taught. The commitment to self-development deepens, as a greater sense of self-awareness, your soul and unique spiritual team ensues. Upon successful completion, a Level 3, Master Practitioner certificate in Usui Reiki is issued, along with an authentic Lineage Chart. Usui Reiki Training: (Non-Teaching Masterhood Progression) £1100
A follow on from Usui Reiki Master Level 3a, for those who do not intend to teach Reiki but wish to progress through their journey of Masterhood. 20 hours of direct teaching is delivered as you work at your own pace. An enjoyable course that provides the opportunity to align more deeply with your soul and guidance, to help progress on the path of self-mastery and develop your practice further. A certificate of attendance will be issued upon successful completion.
Usui Reiki Training Level 3b: (Shinpiden / Master Teacher Level – Sensei ) £1600
This course will take approximately 18 months to complete, with 20 hours of direct teaching delivered as you work at your own pace towards Master Teacher. You will practice between sessions and complete case studies. You will also produce your own training courses in Level 1 & 2 Usui Reiki, with full support and feedback provided throughout. You will deliver your own Level 1 Usui Reiki course. The method of attunement is also taught, which bestows the ability to pass on Reiki energy to others, for all three levels. At this stage, further inner change is inevitable, bringing increased self-awareness, empowerment and a growing sense of oneness with creation. Only suitable for those devoted and committed to a journey of personal enlightenment, with a deeper purpose in teaching Reiki, having worked methodically through the lower levels.

Angelic Reiki, Levels 1-3: (Introduction to Angelic Reiki to Master Practitioner Level)
Level 1 is an introduction to healing with the Angels and suitable for all. For further details of Level 1 Angelic Reiki see workshop page. Levels 2 – 3 take your practice further and develop your connection to the Angelic realm for your personal development and healing or professional practice. Training is structured, methodical and delivered over a period of time to assimilate learning. Comprehensive training manuals, with support and feedback are provided throughout. Upon successful completion of Level 2, a certificate in Angelic Reiki, at Practitioner Level will be issued. Angelic Reiki takes you through a wonderful process of self-development and inner healing. Training options are therefore, also available for those who wish to practice informally for self-development and personal healing. Courses are delivered in very small groups or one-to-one, to suit. Crystal Reiki, Levels 1-3: (Intro to Crystal Reiki & Dowsing, to Master Practitioner Level)
Crystal Reiki Courses are available at all levels, to help you take your practice as far as you wish. Learn how to incorporate crystals into your Reiki practice, use pendulums for dowsing to clear and balance your aura and empower your space. Comprehensive training delivered over a period of time, to include training manuals and practical experience of dowsing and using crystals with Reiki, plus Crystal Reiki attunements. Courses are available for the novice, to those already holding a Reiki qualification wishing to enhance with the use of crystals. A certificate in Crystal Reiki will be issued upon successful completion. You can book onto a course currently running, attend one-to-one, to suit, or book for your own groups. Animal Reiki Training: £445
You must have Level Two, Usui Reiki certification to attend. The day will include aspects of the law and working with animals, health and safety, professional and effective delivery of Reiki, consultation and treatment forms, plus different ways of working with animals. Can be booked one-to-one, or for your own groups. Highly personalised feedback will be provided, plus training manual, and consultation forms to use in your own practice, as desired. A certificate will be issued upon successful completion.
Triune Reiki: 2 days
No previous experience is necessary for this 2 day course, which takes you on a tranquil journey of meditation and healing, to access deeper aspects of yourself, enter your Inner Temple, experience the Divine within and the peace of the God Consciousness. Great for enhancing your healing and channelling ability and raising your energetic vibration, or as a personal journey to the inner core of your being for a lasting sense of peace. Day one: learn about the Triune and to access the God Consciousness or ‘Re’ for personal effectiveness, deeper healing, clarity and mental focus. Receiving healing from the Ascended Master Jesus, through his presence. Day two: involves further techniques, attunement to the God Consciousness, Christ Energy and healing through the Triad and Holy Spirit. Upon successful completion of the 2 days, for those with a ‘You Reiki’, Level 2 Usui qualification, a certificate in Triune Reiki will be issued. For others with a Level 2 Usui Reiki qualification who would like a Triune Reiki certificate, extra modules can be completed. Otherwise a certificate of attendance will be issued. Reiki Foot Workshop: 3 hrs £225, full day £345
For anyone wanting to further enhance their Reiki practice. Learn how to apply Reiki through the feet. Accessing different body systems and organs through direct and indirect foot reflex points. Incorporate these skills into your usual Reiki practice or offer separate Reiki foot treatments. Learn how to calm and soothe a client and build a greater connection to their sense of purpose.
