It’s time to awaken!

It’s time to become your best expression, and that starts with you! 2026 is the year of kindness. With Jupiter part way through its journey in the sign of Cancer, and Uranus diving deeper into Gemini, where it will stay until 2033, it’s time to rethink how we relate and nurture ourselves and each other. The planets are behind us, doing their best to propel us into the heart. We are at a pivotal moment, where the darkness in the world can act as a light, guiding us back to our humanity and positive expression. Everything that seems wrong, can actually light the way to what is right.

 We are at an evolutionary tipping point.  Neptune has begun a new cycle of expression in Aries, which is a once in a lifetimes event for your soul. It defines the next 165 years, but more than that, it defines our future as a human race, as we are on an expansion and a moment of awakening, which defines our trajectory. As a race, we are growing up and must decide what we will mature into. It’s time to tap into the wisdom of the heart and embrace one another as human beings. With the will and right focus, we can make 2026 the year of kindness, love and compassion, where we cohere as a race, ready for our positive future. Your focus is important, so choose it wisely. Believe it or not, we are living at a special time, where the potential to come back to our true nature of love-based beings is closer than we realise. Don’t let the dark diminish your light, make it serve to show you the way to your best expression and shine out as your best self.   

 It is time to love your fellow human. To reach out as one light and love one another. Hate can only grow in the absence of love. Saturn has also begun a new cycle of expression in Aries, to transform us positively, over the next 30 years, if we choose to take our responsibility to ourselves and each other seriously. For those who don’t, it will be a different kind of wake-up call that will make them seriously rethink what energy they are putting out. So, the theme is positive expression and self-responsibility, coupled with a rethink on our way forward. Let us come home to our true nature of loving, compassionate beings. Horses are amazing!

I’ve worked with many horses over the years, with surprising results. Performing healing, both in person and remotely, with physical, emotional and psychological issues. Every horse is unique, with their own personality and story to tell. I’ve encountered some real characters along the way.

One rescue, was a dappled grey horse, with skin issues; isolative and aloof. She seemed very depressed and wouldn’t interact with people or other horses. After a few days of remote healing, she transformed. She began to run and roll around. Within a week, she was a different horse. Her skin also cleared up.

On another occasion, as I attended a barn to perform healing, I was instantly greeted by a loud male voice, with a cockney accent that said, “I know all about people, I do. I can tell you a thing or two about what you lot get up to, I can.” It was the male horse standing in front of me. Looking straight at me. He couldn’t wait to communicate with someone who could actually hear him. He was so excited, he told me all about his days as a highwayman’s horse in the 17th century, and his escapades in the countryside around greater London. His owner wore a black cape, a mask and donned a hand gun. He was very proud of this lifetime. He had so much fun and learnt so much about humans. He shared his memories of the upper and middle classes in their stage coaches, debauching and getting up to all manner of things in the countryside. He was hilarious and a very happy, interesting horse.

In the same barn, tucked quietly away in a stall, I found a beautiful palomino pony. She stood, head hanging low, almost invisible, but for her strikingly beautiful, golden coat. I spent time giving healing, sandwiching her broken heart, as she dreamt of ‘her Charlotte’. She shared memories of her younger years and told me her story. She’d been the apple of Charlotte’s eye. Loved and doted upon. Until one day, Charlotte’s father appeared, and shattered her world. For her twelfth birthday, he gifted Charlotte a new horse. Discarded and replaced, although at only twelve, she understood that Charlotte didn’t really have a choice, so there was absolutely no blame, just a deep sadness and longing. she shared how she had almost ended up in the meat trade and somehow found her way to her current owner. Although she got to spend time with the other horses in the barn, had a space to roam and was well cared for, she spent her days dreaming of ‘her Charlotte’ and the life that was, longing for that time again.

I’ve also encountered horses who describe themselves as ‘jumpers’ and feel a need to be jumping and doing what their spirit desires. These horses are acutely aware of their ancestry and life mission. They say, “It’s in their blood.” Some yearn for a foal, to keep the family line going and are acutely aware of their breeding, but not all are jumpers, thoroughbreds, or want a foal. They all have their own story and life purpose, just as we humans do. It is responsible ownership to understand their needs and help them fulfil these, where possible. Some horses have complex needs, and others are just happy to eat hay. Knowing which, is the duty of any owner. 

One of the hardest aspects of working with animals, is encountering owners who have little or no regard for their sentience. It’s great when you meet an owner who cares and wants their animal to be happy. It’s a blessing to work with those special people, who believe their animal has a purpose and will commit to helping them where they can. Those who will go beyond themselves, to help their animal feel fulfilled. One thing about horses, is that they are special, and do have needs that can be demanding, but that’s what makes them so rewarding, because they are so intelligent and aware.

I’ve encountered some sad and some very happy, fun stories. If there’s one thing I’ve learnt, is that horses are so switched on. I’ve loved them my whole life and have a great respect for them, as they do command this. They will not be taken for a fool and you have to earn their trust. You have to get to know their unique idiosyncrasies. With love and the right care, they can develop unshakable bonds with their human. They understand everything we do and say, along with being highly psychic. They can read our thoughts, feelings and emotions; so be aware. They sense you before you arrive! They are highly sentient, can see your aura and read your consciousness. They instinctively know the bad in others and can equally, see the good. They can weigh you up in a snap.

We so, do not understand them. Each one is unique and some are more tuned in than others. Some are more sentient and aware, but never underestimate a horse! I am honoured to work with such amazing creatures that never fail to impress and surprise. Just know, if you have a horse, or any other animal, they found you, and will be teaching you some important lessons! They are your healer, teacher and guide.

Power Shower Healing 

At the start of 2025, I was guided to offer Power Shower healing. These are quantum healing downloads from your Soul. So, why are we able to access this quantum healing more easily now? We are entering a phase of healing that will allow our consciousness to rise in vibration. As the physical body heals, the heart will open, as we rise in vibration, and the world will become flooded with love and light. That has to come through each one of us and we must become the change we wish to see. Our awakening to our greater consciousness has begun. We are metaphysical beings, with great power. We must all begin to heal, one by one, and switch on the heart frequency, creating a new way forward. The flip side to this, is that we stay stuck in a logical, left-brain reality, that stunts and limits our evolution. Those with a mind to awaken, who are ready to know their true power and creative ability, will leap forward in consciousness.

As a race, we are entering a time of evolutionary advancement, that will enable new discoveries about our power and ourselves. We are ready to remap the human consciousness and come alive with a frequency of love and light that truly defines us, as the energetic beings we are. The metaphysical Age of Aquarius is calling us forward. Those ready, will respond.

“Reiki is this, Reiki is that…”

Reiki is Reiki. We are all at our own stage of growth, with our own personal preference on how to practice Reiki, which is continually evolving, as are we. The intelligence of one’s own field will surely know how to exchange energy with the universal field. Anyone teaching Reiki or practicing purely, will be working with this as the leading force. While the quantum way is certainly available, it is not to be imposed. Some aren’t ready, and that does not mean there is anything wrong with them or Reiki. It is up to each person to use their ability to discern when seeking out Reiki, to find a teacher or practitioner that suits them. Reiki is a continual journey of self-mastery, with no destination. It just represents the journey we must all embark upon to grow beyond our current state; how-ever we so choose. Find the medium that works for you. Of-course we can go quantum with our practise and it is certainly available, but it is time to stop vilifying Reiki. People are people. Discern. A good teacher will practice and teach at the level of the student, with all the tools available for the journey as they so wish, so find a teacher who can take you on that journey and push you, but will not impose it. Those who turn others away from Reiki and steer them to pay just a few quid for a fix, will be dealt with by the universal truth at some point, as they are telling a universal lie and making money off the back of fear. Discern people! A lie only has the power we choose to give it, by buying in.

As with everything in life, use your ability to intuit and follow your instinct. If someone is telling you Reiki has been watered down, in some cases they are right, but what usually transpires is a request to follow them, for a small payment, to give you a fast-track ticket forward, or a secret method of healing. Wake up to the charlatans on the health and well-being or spiritual circuit and do the journey that is right for you. Don’t be led by false claims. If anyone promises you something, walk away. It is the promise you make to yourself that is real. Find your own way to heal. Discern and embark upon a real journey, with the magic and wonder of miracles embedded within.

There is nothing wrong with Reiki. It can be the in-road to healing and kick-start a great process of self-awareness and self-mastery. It is continually evolving, so let us evolve with it. It is available to all and does not discriminate. If the practitioner and teacher are practicing through the evolutionary force of light, which is universal, then there is something for all who seek it. Reiki is not the problem, that usually lies in people.

We are all being pushed now, by the cosmic forces, to evolve. Reiki can help you find your way.

Be your best self…

The next 2 years brings about a cycle of profound change. The first part of this decade has been a wild ride, but hold onto your hats as it’s going to ramp up. We’re not done yet! We have the chance to choose the way things go, but that is down to each one of us choosing to be our best self. What we present to the world and put out there will extrapolate out and define the way we go forward as a race. Pluto in Aquarius until approx 2043 is asking us to present our best light or we will become our worst. Being absent on ourselves will create a void that will be filled with darker forces and our shadow will define what we become. Our world will either resonate with our best expression or our worst and that is down to each one of us choosing who we are. The shadow side of the human race is already rearing its head and we are becoming a race who attack, vilify and oppress each other through our delusions. Judging one another through a faulty lens of reactionary conditioning. Things will get even more twisted. The world will turn on its head. Right will be wrong and wrong will be right.

There is a way out of this, it’s not too late… Those who want to take self-responsibility and start living as compassionate, intelligent beings can move forward. Those who don’t take this opportunity to be responsible, will be warped and governed by darker forces and the collective shadow will grow, as we allow our individual shadow to define who we are. The time has come to be present on ourselves or our absence will create an inner void where our worst expression will take hold and begin to write our story.  

Will you be the first to let go? The first to take responsibility and harness your power to express through the heart as a loving, peaceful being? It’s imperative that we don’t turn our back on ourselves and give up. We can be our best expression. If we start being responsible and come from the heart… But, will you go first? Because the truth is we have the power to change our trajectory, if we each use it with love and not righteous anger. Right now, our polar opposites are sitting next to each other and the scales can tip either way. You have the power to choose which way this energy goes. Will you use it? Will you realise just how powerful you are, when the world seems to be taking on a life of its own, beyond your control, will you wake up, choose peace, choose heart and choose love? Don’t fall into the trap of thinking you can’t make a difference. Each one of us is the difference we want to see in the world, when we choose to start being it. This is our chance. Let us not blow it!  Begin now, with your next inter-action. Put out love. Create harmony and peace. Go beyond your differences and be kind. Just because you can. The year of Courage and Great Change …

This is the year our lives change. The energy is pushing us out of our cage asking us to find the Courage of our age. We are in the cusp of the Aquarian age and the 21st Century is the separating moment where we break free of the old earth ideology and 3D self. It’s time to let go of the life you know. The courage to go through your transformation is within you. Each and every-one of us will be tested to see if we are ready for our defining moment, where we choose truth and love over attachment and fear. The world is changing. There are revelations to come. New experiences are on the way. 

Stop holding on; where your life wants to change, let it. Where you need to grow, accept it. Bigger things are on the way that will put your existence into a whole new perspective. We’re talking fundamental change, so allow yourself to fundamentally change. We’ve been moving towards this shift in consciousness since the 1960’s but it is here. Pluto has us in its grip to show us our collective shadow and it hasn’t even warmed up on us yet. The next couple of years will be a necessary but bumpy ride. Jupiter in Pisces wants us to see our reflection, own our own shadow and finally become the change we need to be. This is our moment to win through to the next generation, heart centred, human beings that we are.

It’s the year to unite and right. Bigger things want to unite us in our common humanity, forcing us into the heart where we can truly embrace one another like never before. It’s the year of more than words. Life as we know it is coming to an end. Other life intelligence will make itself known on a wider scale over the next few years and the true earth story will be revealed. The world order and topography of the earth will change.

It’s the year of the purge and surge. The past and fear is rising up to be purged from our lives and DNA so we can surge forward. If you survive the next few years it will surely make you stronger and changed through to your very core. Because our inner core is going atomic and we are going quantum. We are having our inner, atomic explosion into a new strand of DNA and intelligence. Uranus is on the rise and the new earth paradigm shift is upon us. Don’t look away from yourself when it visits for your defining moment. Step out in courage and know your truth! Opportunity is knocking but not in the ways you expect. These are our defining moments.

It’s time to get clear on who you are. What you stand for and what makes you you. Only live by love based processing and decision making. Let the fear based go. It’s our final chance to tell the cosmos who we are. This year wants to unite us internally with our truth and with each other, in truth. Let us not fight but embrace and love one another just because we can, not because we have to. Let us choose to. The light in the heart centre will only switch on through true embracement and love based actions. Fear puts the heart out, courage awakens it. So it’s the year of many things because many things are coming. When the moment is right, let your courage and power unite.

Sometimes we search for our courage but it just isn’t there. We wait and it doesn’t show… but then, a moment arrives that makes us strive and unlocks our power, which unites with our courage which was there all along, waiting for our moment of emergence. Well the emergency is here. This is the year we realise we can fly and be free beings living in the heart. World events will throw off the shackles of the old regimes and we will emerge.  This year will draw us out of our cage and show us the door is open. It always was but we were just too afraid to see it. Our fear was driven by our attachment to what brought us comfort and a sense of security. The material world will change and so will we. Our lives will radically change over the next few years and we will come to see where we have compromised our own truth to feel safe but the illusion is being shattered so we cannot use the excuse any longer. The question is will you recognise your moment or retreat into the cage all over again under your own volition? Will you become your own jailor? The difference is this time you will know you are free and will have to live with yourself in the cage. The real emergency is whether you will choose to recognise you are free when freedom arrives.

You are growing in vibration and becoming heart centred. Don’t shut it down in fear. Don’t re-attach to the old third dimensional material self, recognise it has gone and that you are transforming. Embrace your own heart and spread your wings. Have the courage to fly free, even if it is your only flight. It will define you for the future age you are part of. We are immortal beings. The body may perish but your spirit will soar and you will realise you have prevailed. There is no death, just a new state of awareness and being. The world has awoken. Choose to be your highest expression. Time is running out to show the cosmos who you are. Your very spirit is on the rise. Fly. Be free!

 

The Year of TRUTH…

There’s a great wave of energy coming this year, with the power to propel us forward in our understanding. To shift us to a new level of consciousness and show us what we are truly capable of…

We are loving, compassionate beings… with great abilities. Together we have the answers and together we can grow. The Age of Aquarius is awakening each one of us to the uniqueness of what we are. This year splits those who are still asleep and reactionary from those who are ready to be creative beings, seeking greater solutions that come through embracing the uniqueness of the self and others. You are part of the answer to a real, sustainable way forward. We need each other. Not one of us can do this alone. It’s time to start asking yourself what you can offer the world. How you can make the difference we all need.

Through this year the energy will lift you into your heart, the more you choose to use it and relate from there, the more you find the heart of yourself. So reach out, offer help, first to yourself by listening to that beating rhythm of change beckoning from within and then reach out to see where you can put your unique talents to work. The collective is on the rise. The heart of humanity is opening. Get to the heart of yourself and seek what it has to offer, then share it, celebrate it and become the answer.

We are not helpless, we are not hopeless and… we are not alone.

It’s the year of change, transformation and great opportunity…

The nodes have shifted, the energy is gearing to reveal a greater truth but are you ready for it …

It’s time to grow forward… we’re on the move. Your energy is trying to expand. You are growing in consciousness, whether you like it or not, life is pushing you towards new opportunities to change the status quo. Get off the fence and choose to land on the side of truth. There’s a cosmic storm brewing through this year that will kick up the dust and reveal the greater truth. North node Gemini – the path of truth – and south node Sagittarius – the seeker – is showing us where we need to look. Mars will stay a long time in Aries, doing its level best to awaken your passion and drive to uncover the truth. While Uranus in Taurus wants you to transform the way you live. Saturn in Aquarius wants you to fly in the face of convention and write a new foundation in that better serves the greater good. One where we celebrate our uniqueness and recognise we are all equal, all important and all necessary, for the balance and flourishment of the whole.

Jupiter will break down obstacles to truth and expand this energy, where it will rendezvous with Saturn in December to see if you have woken up. Your destiny is being put squarely in your hands and the energy is doing its best through this year to get you to pick up the slack on yourself and use your intelligence to seek out the greater truth available. You are being offered a new and fairer way forward. One that factors in the truth that there is enough on this planet for us all and we can live harmoniously, if we embrace our differences and recognise it’s what makes us strong. We have to come together as a human race and stop fighting each other. Our destiny is our cause in common.

Mars is asking us all to take a new self forward and question, seek, un-cover the truth. It’s a year of revelations but you have to be willing to recognise the truth when it manifests. It’s all heading for a ground zero day at the end of the year with plenty of fireworks along the way! Start seeking the truth. Wake up to your power within to choose your own destiny, for that’s exactly what’s at stake here. This energy is rousing us. We are not alone, we have each other and help is on the way! Don’t close your eyes when a greater truth presents. Mars is giving you the courage to see it and act on it where it feels right. If there’s a mantra for this year it’s: “we have the power to choose and we have a mind to use!”

Mars says get radical with yourself and your life and start challenging your own nature, where you settle for less than your truth. Saturn in Aquarius wants you on your true path, building new foundations and challenging the old. Pluto in Capricorn hasn’t finished its revelations and really wants you to understand where you just keep giving your power away, while Uranus is awakening your very core and shaking you out of your inner slumber. It’s all happening to you right now – choose to happen with it! We are in the cusp of the Age of Aquarius – the age of self responsibility – which has to start with the right to self- determine and self-govern. It’s time to start asking the right questions of yourself and others!

The planets are doing an amazing dance. Taking you to new levels of awareness, clarity and understanding. Use this moment to see your greater truth. It’s happening within you as well as out there! Showing you what you need to change and who you need to become. Don’t hold on to the lie of convenience, choose to live beyond it!

When you dedicate your life to your soul, you no longer ‘have’ a life, you become it. You don’t just live, you are ALIVE! You no longer live in fear of losing things. You no longer hang on to everything. You let go. You embrace being alive and you start to truly live your path. It’s time to let yourself go on the adventure of truth with yourself and see where it takes you!
